Create a pool of questions, so students don't sit the same exams. They will display results and alert students with results and details of who has been successful or need to resit exams.
We usually hold a telephone interview as the first stage of the recruitment process to get to know potential workers better and gain better insight into what they are after and how they can work alongside our designers and developers.

Our selected finalist will join us on board to understand our business better. Due to the importance of getting the best person to fit the job and our fast-paced working system, we have a three month trial period so both sides can better understand the requirements and abilities.
